This upscale, modern condo features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a large beach-facing outdoor balcony that is accessible from both the master bedroom and the living room.

The condo has recently been updated with fresh paint throughout, beautiful new granite countertops in the primary bathroom and kitchen, and luxury waterproof vinyl plank flooring in both bedrooms. There is no carpet in the entire unit.

The TV console in the living room is stocked with books, games, and cards for your enjoyment. High-speed wireless internet is also provided at no extra charge. It has recently been upgraded and reaches all the way to your beach chair.
